Method: i held really still on a 1.3 second exposure and moved the camera quickly past a light at the end of the exposure.
I am interested in exploring similar techniques maybe even using a delayed strobe.Matthew Weenerhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13975342711120843340noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9200801183504308590.post-86572147787102739152012-04-19T18:21:00.000-07:002013-06-16T19:45:53.564-07:00Sneak PeekGreek Style Model I did in Maya. <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgqEsxDAH_5ZlVE0v0oGh2NmdnZmHCpbnWM5SJQ61PAk2pF7TG1mv_dt4yRrwJvpgxdXzWV1bzyZobGNkwpmjiPLnc3uNPRX5o9Zh2IH8lXKcD9H0sJ9jd6lnBk-51gVNIaOiXncnW6cAo/s1600/SrProjectSneakPeek.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left:1em; margin-right:1em"><img border="0" height="225" width="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgqEsxDAH_5ZlVE0v0oGh2NmdnZmHCpbnWM5SJQ61PAk2pF7TG1mv_dt4yRrwJvpgxdXzWV1bzyZobGNkwpmjiPLnc3uNPRX5o9Zh2IH8lXKcD9H0sJ9jd6lnBk-51gVNIaOiXncnW6cAo/s400/SrProjectSneakPeek.png" /></a></div>Matthew Weenerhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13975342711120843340noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9200801183504308590.post-4205175446523079072012-03-13T20:18:00.008-07:002012-03-17T12:00:05.825-07:00Motion Track Test<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><iframe allowfullscreen="" frameborder="0" height="290" mozallowfullscreen="" src="http://player.vimeo.com/video/38478871?title=0&byline=0&portrait=0" webkitallowfullscreen="" width="500"></iframe></div><a href="http://vimeo.com/38478871">Motion Track Test</a> from <a href="http://vimeo.com/user10563461">Matthew Weener</a> on <a href="http://vimeo.com/">Vimeo</a>.<br />

Just learning some new photo editing skillz with my professor, <a href="http://www.breadwig.com/photography/">Breadwig Ballinger</a>. Done in photoshop, the goal here is to create a black and white where the lighter values have a yellowed hue and the darks a more purple hue as well as cutting a hole in the matte so the colors can show through. This was a great learning experience i can use in photography in the future.<br />

This is a sneak peek into my senior project. This is going to be the statue part of a fountain i am making and will be placing in a woods. I like the way the modeling is coming along, but it still needs improved texture and lighting, which will come in due time. As for now enjoy this tiny preview. :DMatthew Weenerhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13975342711120843340noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9200801183504308590.post-18818618318914072052011-10-28T16:18:00.000-07:002011-10-28T16:18:37.735-07:00Foto Friendzy<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiJMit-ZdxOefs7o5ijJtFDoo1cgNqQZNp5ByqRMZSOWfscE5uUM30dre9kgMpKFgVr-IGolnVqOpgZ4-UboCYiItCnTl9s1ivRneQzMSVhGLIDQGMjJQg3gCxtgxdYX2hdoX0qMb8xZLs/s1600/Mattcomp.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="213" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiJMit-ZdxOefs7o5ijJtFDoo1cgNqQZNp5ByqRMZSOWfscE5uUM30dre9kgMpKFgVr-IGolnVqOpgZ4-UboCYiItCnTl9s1ivRneQzMSVhGLIDQGMjJQg3gCxtgxdYX2hdoX0qMb8xZLs/s320/Mattcomp.jpg" width="320" /></a></div><br />

A valiant effort was made by Flatchu Mon against Tuna Jerk but I am sorry to say it ended in defeat. My character recieved a whopping zero votes. </div>This is a fake cereal box I did for Inspirational Design. I was given 3 words in a part A, B, and C. The cereal name was randomly generated as Wheaty Hand-Made Mealies.
